Modern CMS

Hitthe road!

Roadiz is a modern CMS based on a node system which can handle many types of services. Based on Symfony components and Doctrine ORM, it allows you to create your data schema from scratch and to organise your content as you want.

Welcome on Roadiz's Backstage!

We want Roadiz to be a great tool for designers and developers to build strong experiences together. But we thought about editors too! Roadiz back-office theme “Rozier” has been designed to offer every back-users a great writing and editing experience.

Open source

Roadiz is released under MIT license. We even pushed its source code on Github plateform to make it transparent and collaborative. We will be really pleased to listen to your suggestions and review your pull-requests. You just have to fork the source code and hit the road!

Visual node tree

Roadiz manages your website using a node-system which is a very convenient way to create different kinds of contents on the same tree. We worked very hard to find the best way to display it and to make it the most intuitive for you. For example we gave a different shape to nodes according to their statuses: round shape for published and rhombus for draft. Easy!

Dedicated typeface

We wanted to design Roadiz so deep that we decided to use a dedicated typeface! Roadiz Sans is available in display and monospaced versions to display your Markdown content as well as your backoffice layout. Roadiz Sans is designed by Nonpareille typefoundry and available under GPL+FE license.

You’ll love…

Themes will allow you to create awesome website layouts but also great back-office additions for your customers. You will be able to centralize all your custom code at one place, so you can use a versioning tools such as Git.

Roadiz uses a centralized document interface to store all your images, videos and PDFs. You can upload all your data at one place and dispatch them across your nodes. Or you can simply upload your images when editing your page. Choose your flavor.

Markdown editing

We made the choice to ban WYSIWYG HTML editors from Roadiz to bring Markdown to the root of your content. No more dirty HTML formatting, your editors focus on content and your designers on CSS.
